The West Rutherford Homeowners Association has taken steps for the Homeowners for payment options. At this time, we are able to accept a Credit Card, e-Transfer, Cheque or Money Order for the HOA Fees. Please see the details below on how you can take advantage of the options:

The 2018 WRHOA fees are due November 30th, 2018.

As of December 1st, 2017, the WRHOA is in the 2018 fiscal year (December 1st, 2017 to November 30th, 2018).

Single-Family Home (includes single home, duplexes, triplexes and fourplexes):

  • 2018 WRHOA Fee – $150.00 per year
  • 2019 WRHOA Fee – $100.00 per year (if paid on or before August 30th, 2019) / $150.00 per year after August 31st, 2019.

Multi-Family Home (includes Condominiums):

  • 2018 WRHOA Fee – $75.00 per year
  • 2019 WRHOA Fee – $50.00 per year (if paid on or before August 30th, 2019) / $75.00 per year after August 31st, 2019.

All WRHOA Fee payments after November 30th are subject to late fees. All files with balances will be sent to legal and costs incurred with be the responsibility of the Homeowner.

There is NO GST on the HOA Fees.

Payments MUST BE IN FULL for your account. Partial payments received will not be posted to your account until full payment is made. If there are any late fees or additional charges, they will be the responsibility of the Homeowner(s).
