The West Rutherford Homeowners Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, elected by fellow residents at the Annual General Meeting. Membership is automatic and mandatory for owners of all properties within the designated area.

There are five different types of positions on the West Rutherford Board:

  • President
  • Vice President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Directors at Large

Want to participate as a Board Member? Board members are nominated and a final board member vote takes place at the AGM each year. A minimum of 3 and a maximum of 9 board members are permitted. For more information on board positions and duration of position, see Bylaws.
